  september 11, 1971 nancy and i were married in fairmont minnesota by a chevy auto mechanic in the basement of a hardware store.

  he gave us some very good advise, change your oil every three thousand miles, and rotate your tires every six thousand miles and flush your radiator once a year.

  september 11, 2001, was our 30th year anniversary and we had planned to go out to dinner to celebrate.

  It's hard to see thru the cloud of pretense - but their progress is glacial.

  They're likely to imitate the Catholic Church - which tries to maintain impossible standards while its flock

  Hate to tell you metatron, but you are under the false impression that the Church contains only the elect. Yes there are many sinners... but there are many true saints (of recent times) like St. Pio and St. Maximillian Kolbe (a WWII martyr who died in a concentration camp).

  Although I'm not able to vote, I'm involved in politics. Just can't decide who to vote for in the upcoming federal election (Progressive Conservative, Alliance, or Green?; I like greens evironmentally and fiscally whilst the two formers for their social stuff)

  ...a memorial to the victims or thriving business offices?.

  would building offices show a disrespect for the victims or would it be a good idea in the sense that it shows the usa are picking up where they left off and not being deterred by the terrorists?.

  BTW, can you think of any other songs that kingdom melodies sound like? there are quite a few and I know of one that sounds like "angels we have heard on high"

  Jessica Lynch Book Trouble

  has anyone seen the news about jessica lynch's book (which isn't even written yet).

  on the news last night the father of one of lynch's company of soldiers was on tv stating that since his son was part of her experience that she should share the profits from her book.

  his son was killed in that battle in iraq.

  Personally, I think that the Jessica Lynch story is a part-fiction of the American propaghanda machine (aka the Pentagon). Watch BBC World for impartial reporting.

  Opinions on drugs?

  while i was in the 'truth' i and a few of my peers were curious about the effects of certain drugs.

  as a teenager during the rave scene of the late 80's early 90's many of the 'worldly' kids were doing ecstasy, smoking weed and becoming heavily involved in the drugs scene.. when i left the 'truth', this curiosity got the better of me and i started smoking weed and eventually tried ecstasy, speed and lsd.. while all drugs can be abused (and i have abused some) i am of the opinion that the use of drugs can be a good experience, if used moderately.. i was wondering whether others have experienced drugs since leaving the truth, i am interested to find out what opinions people have on them good or bad.. i also wondered whether people feel that cannabis should be legalised.

  my opinion is that people in power shouldn't tell me what i can and can't do with my own body.

  If you need an escape from reality, sure take drugs. But I wouldn't, its not good for you in the long run. Of course in Canada, almost half the population does pot, and so do many people I know; the worst things that happened to them is that they are a bit slow.
